TW Newsdesk, Jan 29: An 89-year-old cancer patient who tested positive for COVID-19 before his demise has given his body for clinical research in Kolkata, West Bengal.

“Nirmal Das’ body will be given to the forensic branch of RG Kar Medical College on January 29,” an authority said.

Das was an inhabitant of the New Town region in the city.
