TW Newsdesk, May 14:New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern reported that she tested positive for COVID-19 with moderate symptoms, her office stated in a statement on May 14.

She will not be in parliament for the government’s emissions reduction plan on May 16 and the budget on May 19, but “travel arrangements for her trade mission to the United States will remain unaffected at this stage,” the statement stated.
