TW Newsdesk, September 22:Months after Yury Borisov stated that Russia will quit the International Space Station by 2024, the Russian space agency, Roscosmos chief, has hinted that it is highly likely that this will not take place till 2028.

Borisov stated that Russia is highly expected to take part in the International Space Station (ISS) project until 2028.

Media reported that Moscow could be prepared to extend a deal with the United States to share flights to the ISS beyond 2024 if the first three flights are successful. The recent development comes just hours followed by an American astronaut flew to the Space Station on a Soyuz mission with Russian cosmonauts.
