TW Newsdesk, Mar 15: Bihar’s Saran Police have manage to rescue RJD leader Sunil Rai who was kidnapped on March 14, and arrested two people in connection with the incident, according to official reports.
One of the suspected accused, confessed that he had paid Rai Rs. 1.80 crore for buying a piece of land, however, Rai did not give the land or return the money, the SP told Hindustan Times.
