TW Newsdesk, May 13: Four persons, including three women, got killed, while two others have sustained injuries. This happened as their vehicle has dropped into a 100-metre gorge in Himachal Pradesh’s Shimla district, police said. The incident has taken place as the victims were on their way for attending a wedding.
“Primarily, negligent as well as rash driving has caused the accident,” Shimla Superintendent of Police Monika Bhutungru said. The deceased were identified as Lata Devi, Anjali Devi, Girish as well as Manorama Devi. They were all residents of Kashapat and Jogri. The driver, identified as Ashok Kumar, and another passenger, Kuldeep, has sustained injuries. They are undergoing treatment as of now.
