TW Newsdesk, October 1: The World Intellectual Property Organization which is a specialised agency of the United Nations released the Global Innovation Index for the year 2022 on Thursday, September 29.

Notably, Switzerland topped the list, followed by the US, Sweden, the UK, the Netherlands, the Republic of Korea, Singapore, Germany, Finland, and Denmark.

Reportedly, India, which ranked 46th on the 2021 list, climbed to the 40th spot this year.
