TW Newsdesk, May 14: The commercial building where the fire broke out near Mundka metro station on May 13 evening did not have fire NOC, stated Delhi Police. The owner of the building has been named Manish Lakra and he is missing.

“The building did not have a fire NOC. The owner of the building has been named Manish Lakra who stayed on the top floor. Lakra is currently missing, teams are on the job and he will be detained soon,” DCP Sameer Sharma (Outer District) said to reporters. As many as 27 people lost their lives in the fire accident so far and 12 persons are reported injured, police stated.
