TW Newsdesk, January 25: On the eve of the country’s 74th Republic Day celebrations today (January 25), President Droupadi Murmu will address the populace. According to a release from Rashtrapati Bhavan, the President’s address to the nation would be broadcast at 7 p.m.

This will be Murmu’s second address to the nation since taking office in July of last year and her first Republic Day speech. Last year, on the eve of Independence Day, Murmu gave a speech to the country in which she discussed a range of topics.
