TW Newsdesk, Jan25: Khaleel Rahman, 25, of Poochinayikanpetti in the Dindigul district of Tamil Nadu, was detained on Tuesday when he attempted to rob a bank in broad daytime. In the most recent Ajith Kumar film Thunivu, a young man tried to loot the Indian National Bank branch in the neighbourhood at Thadikombu.

He forced his way inside the bank and held the employees hostage. He robbed the bank with a knife, pepper spray, and chilly powder. Three bank staff were bound with plastic tags by him. One of the workers managed to free himself, though, and informed the locals.
