TW Newsdesk, Jan25: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) detained Trinamool Congress politician Saket Gokhale once more on Wednesday for allegedly misappropriating funds. He has been detained in a Gujarati jail since December 30.

He is being held in judicial custody in Ahmedabad for the Gujarat Police case after being taken into custody there under the criminal provisions of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA).

Gokhale is accused of violating sections 420 and 406 (criminal breach of trust), and 467of the IPC. He was apprehended by the Ahmedabad Cyber Crime Branch in Delhi last year.
