TW Newsdesk, Jan 24: After Chandigarh, a complex was searched. Army’s bomb disposal unit was contacted after police received a tip from the Haryana Police control room.
Following a bomb threat, a comprehensive search turned up an unclaimed bag with a water bottle and a tiffin inside the district court complex in Sector 43, Chandigarh, on Tuesday, January 24.
The facility, which includes 30 courtrooms and lawyer chambers, was evacuated along with judges, attorneys, support workers, and tourists. Senior law enforcement officers flocked to the scene after the area was blocked off.
