TW Newsdesk, June 23:Veerkrupa Jewellers Ltd. has declared a public offering of 3000000 shares at a price of Rs 10.00 each for Cash at a Premium of Rs 17.00 per share.

The gross proceeds of the issue are said to be Rs 810.00 lakhs. The company’s initial public offer (IPO) will start on 29 June 2022 and is expected to end on 05 July 2022, subject to customary closing conditions.

The IPO includes a new Issue of 3000000 Equity Shares of the Company at a price of Rs 27.00 per Equity Share.
