Uttar Pradesh and Chandigarh declare holiday on Guru Tegh Bahadur Shahidi Diwas

TW Newsdesk, November 24: In honour of Guru Teg Bahadur Shahidi Diwas, the Yogi Adityanath administration in Uttar Pradesh and the Chandigarh government have proclaimed November 28 a holiday, according to reports.

Tegh Bahadur, the ninth of the ten Sikh Gurus, was born in India. He gave his life in defence of religion and the ideals, beliefs, and values of humans. He made a name for himself early on thanks to his sacrifice and bravery.
