TW Newsdesk, 25 January: Anil K Antony, the son of Congress stalwart AK Antony, spoke out against the contentious BBC film on the riots in Gujarat in 2002, stating that “we should not let that be exploited by other forces to cause division in this nation.”
The BBC documentary on Prime Minister Narendra Modi was the subject of Anil K. Antony’s remarks, which were made at the same time that numerous Kerala Congress leaders declared that the documentary on the 2002 Gujarat riots will be screened throughout the state.
It should be mentioned that PM Modi was Gujarat’s chief minister at the time of the riots.
