TW Newsdesk, June 23:The Income Tax Department on June 23 in conducted raids at multiple educational institutions in Karnataka. These institutions including in Bengaluru have come under the I-T department scanner due to suspicion of tax evasion.

The I-T officers started searches on June 23 morning and are still ongoing. According to sources, the I-T officials were conducting raids since early morning on Sri Krishnadevaraya Education Institution, Reva University and Divyashree Institute, and others in Bengaluru. The searches were taking place in various locations simultaneously.
