TW Newsdesk, Jan 24: A “notice from the principal instructed the lady students to obtain boyfriends before Valentine’s Day” was posted at SVM Autonomous College in Jagatsinghpur, Odisha. The announcement quickly became popular on social media.
The principal’s signature was also found on the notice that ‘ordered’ the female pupils to find boyfriends. According to reports, the viral note stated that if the girls did not choose boyfriends for themselves by February 14 they would not be permitted to attend lessons.
Later, the notice turned out to be a forgery, and there was no such order had been made.
